Calvinism

In September 2006, Christianity Today devoted its cover to a Reformed resurgence sweeping large swaths of young conservative Christians, who were hungry for heavy doctrine emphasizing God’s sovereignty and human depravity, and powerful preaching from the likes of John Piper, C. J. Mahaney, and Tim Keller. Today the Reformed movement hosts its own publishing imprints, conferences, and bloggers, even as TULIP remains divisive in the Southern Baptist seminaries where it has blossomed over the past 15 years.
